A thoughtful guide to size, shape, support and comfort.
Fit is a conversation between a particular garment and the person wearing it. A label starts that conversation; it does not settle it. This Book helps you record measurements, compare constructions and notice what happens when you move.
Begin with the foundations, then explore individual fit questions. You do not need to diagnose your body, assign it a permanent category or tolerate pain to earn a particular size. Where discomfort or a new physical change needs healthcare rather than a different garment, we say so.
